To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password.
Password Free Sign-in Option!
You can also request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password. Just enter your email and then click the link that is sent to your email address associated with your account.
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Password Free Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.
How do I access TCO's Catalog of lessons?
Once you sign into your account, navigate the Catalog in the top menu to access all of our video lessons and projects. Our Help Center videos at the top of the page show you how our videos are organized and how to navigate our site.
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app (New in January 2026!), you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
How do I cancel my membership?
To manage your membership, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Your membership begins with a free trial period for your to ensure you will enjoy and learn from our content. If you cancel during the trial period, there will be no charge to your account. Once you have paid and become an active member, you can cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current period, after which your membership will end.
